PRENU provides access to exclusive digital content, trainings, community resources, and educational materials. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.
1. Digital Products Are Non-Refundable
All memberships, subscriptions, courses, downloads, and digital materials sold by PRENU are considered non-refundable once access has been granted or content has been delivered. This includes:

2. No Returns or Exchanges
We do not accept returns, issue credits, or offer exchanges for any digital products. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
3. Billing Responsibility
You are solely responsible for managing your billing preferences, including upgrading, downgrading, or canceling your membership. Cancellations will prevent future billing but do not result in a refund of previously paid amounts.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the matter is a violation of this policy. If you have questions about a charge, please contact us at support@prenu.com before disputing it with your bank or payment provider.
